Salon CG’s Cancelation Policy
Any service over $100 will require a credit card to hold the reservation and both new and current guests need to give a 48 hour notice.
Your reservations are very important to our artists at Salon CG in Champions Gate. Time is reserved exclusively for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we have established the following cancelation/no-show policy
Please understand that when you forget to cancel or reschedule your reservation, we miss the opportunity to accommodate guests on our waiting list.
NEW GUESTS
When making your first reservation, it will be considered tentative. You MUST confirm or cancel your reservation 24 hours in advance to remain scheduled. If you fail to confirm this reservation, it will be deleted and you will have to reschedule. A fee of $50 will be applied for all new guest reservations canceled less than 24 hours in advance.
RESERVATION REMINDERS
As a courtesy, Salon CG sends a reminder via text 48 hours prior to your reservation. Salon CG ALSO gives a courtesy call 24 hours prior to your reservation. If we are unable to reach you, or unable to leave a voicemail, please understand the ultimately you are responsible for your reservation.
All Reservations will require a credit card to HOLD the reservation.
CANCELATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY
For all extension reservations:
Less than a 48-hour notice will result in a $100 fee
For all other reservations:
Less than a 48-hour notice will result in a $25 fee
Less than 24 hour notice or a NO SHOW reservations will result in a $50 fee
The cancelation policy allows us time to inform our guests on standby of availability and also helps to keep our artists’ schedules filled. Salon CG’s policies are provided to ensure quality of service and an excellent experience to our established guests and to our future guests.
